it’s better now that I got it for fress
I was REALLY REALLY unhappy with this slide at first. I paid $500 for it and the minute we took it out of the box, it failed. It had holes in it and was torn. after MUCH fight with the non existant customer service, they sent me a new one and I had to return the old one to TRU (a ROYAL pain). The new one I got had the same problems, lots of small holes and a torn seam. I again got back on the phone and duked it out with the warrenty people ( yes, I was stupid enough to buy the $40 warrenty - READ SMALL PRINT - i didn’t) - anyway, after 4 days of fighting with the manufacturer, TRU and the warrenty company, they sent me a gift card to TRU for full amount. We still have the slide - I had to patch it up about 5 times, but the kids do LOVE it - they spend about 4 hours a day on it, it’s a PAIn to setup and take down, but worth the fun I guess. It’s great for free, but I would NEVER EVER buy a Banzai product again - and DEFINETLY not a $500 one.
